What comes in a dogin’BOX?
The standard is 2 toys, 2 treats and 1 chew each month, but you can always tailor the assortment if something else would work better for your pup!
Toys and their color, texture and feature will be picked to satisfy the playfulness in your doggo.
Treats will be selected to match the taste and avoid the allergies of your hairy friend.
Chews are a great way to distract and give some time off to your pup’s brain and clean its teeth.
How much does a dogin’BOX cost?
The monthly payment for a 12-month subscription is 21 euro + VAT. If you want to receive a single dogin’BOX that would be 29 euro + VAT. But there are more pricing options that are tailored to your pup’s specific needs. Just start the short questionnaire and find those out! And remember – you receive at least 40 euro worth of goods inside your monthly dogin’BOX. Subscribe today and take that (obviously amazing) deal.
When to expect my first dogin’BOX?
Your first dogin’BOX leaves towards you as soon as we have your order confirmation. You will receive it in 5 working days. The rest of the happiness subscription will arrive before your doorsteps at the beginning or the middle of the month. You can always check the date for your next dogin’BOX in the dashboard.
In case you have troubles with the delivery or want to talk about dogs – give us a bark!
When will I receive the monthly dogin’BOX deliveries?
Your dogin’BOX will be sent in the first or the third week of each month. After the shipment has been sent you will receive an email with the expected arrival date.
How much does the delivery cost?
Depending on where your doggo is located, your shipping costs will be different. Get through the questionnaire and the delivery price will be calculated at the end!

Where do I send photos of my doggo?

When do I pay for my dogin’BOX?
Your first box is paid for at checkout. For each recurring dogin'BOX you will be paying on the same day as the initial subscription – e.g If you have finished your subscription on 01.01.2022, your next payment will be on 01.02.2022 and so on. If you need any additional info – give us a bark!
Can I tailor my dogin’BOX?
All doggos have preferences and special needs; therefore deserve special treatment. All of our happiness deliveries are tailored to your dog wants and can be changed whenever you want to do it. Go to your Account and see the customization options.

You can always request to return your dogin’BOX or want to get items exchanged for other ones. Give us a shout, and we will find out what would make you the happiest!
Can I stop my subscription?
Our goal is to make the life of your dog exciting! Together with that, we strive to keep your energy available for your dog, by saving you time and money with our service. If we fail to achieve our aim and have let you down, you can always contact us and we will find the best solution for your pup and you, even if that means cancelling your subscription. You can always cancel your subscription renewal alone from your account.
How to change the delivery address for my dogin’BOX?
You can change the delivery address for your happiness subscription before we have sent it out for delivery, straight from your account. Log in and go to Subscription Settings, and chose the right address. Your next dogin’BOX will be delivered to the new address. If you need any help, chat with us!
What is the “Destroyer” add-on?
Some dogs like to feel like the Punisher from Marvel. For those we have created the “Destroyer” add-on. With it, you will receive products crafted to be abused and chewed on for hours!
What is the “Bright smile” add-on?
Caring for your doggo's teeth is important. With the “Bright smile” add-on, your pup will have clean gums and teeth so kisses will not cause your frown!
I have an add-on and only received 5 products?
The add-ons will increase the quality and value of the products inside your dogin’BOX, not the number of products you receive!
